Lesia has been running the content side of Windows 10 Support since 2015. Over that time she built the site’s library of Windows guides across more than forty languages, working with freelance technical writers and managing the multilingual editions.
She is a QA engineer by profession, testing software since 2020 — manual, automation, performance and security testing, mainly in Python. She holds an engineering degree from the National Technical University of Ukraine “Kyiv Polytechnic Institute” and completed a software testing programme at EPSI, l’école d’ingénierie informatique, in 2024.
Her work on the site today is verification. Before a guide is published or updated she performs the procedure on a current Windows 10 or Windows 11 installation, checks every step against the interface as it actually looks, takes the screenshots used in the article, and records the cases where the procedure does not work as described. She is responsible for the French-language section of windows-files.com and win10.support.
